Who We Are

ClientLoyalty delivers a data driven way to optimize supplier performance management (SPM). Our solution goes beyond the traditional scorecard, as we have created a highly configurable, automated and continuous improvement process. The system serves as a centralized platform for the collection, analysis and reporting of key supplier performance indicators (KPIs), other client-defined operational metrics, 360 feedback, risk ratings and social sentiment data. We have transformed what remains a tedious, tactical group of tasks executed in spreadsheets and shareware into a automated strategic process that benchmarks performance and communicates to stakeholders in ways that benefit all sides to any supply or services arrangement.

Kent oversees the strategic direction of ClientLoyalty working closely with business partners to ensure the organization remains a future-forward innovator in performance management. Kent was previously the Founder and CEO of KnowledgeAdvisors, a talent supply chain analytics technology company.

Jeffrey oversees the day-to-day operations of ClientLoyalty working with clients and vendors to ensure optimized processes in client and vendor solutions and strategies. Jeffrey was previously COO of KnowledgeAdvisors, a talent supply chain analytics technology company and dScout, a mobile app technology company.

Jeb Metric, CTO

Jeb oversees the strategy and operations for the ClientLoyalty technology application and works closely with clients and team members to ensure clients generate valued insights while having a great user experience within a secure technology environment. Jeb was previously Senior Vice President of Product for KnowledgeAdvisors, a talent supply chain analytics technology company.

Amy Rath, Director of Client Success

Amy oversees client implementations and works closely with clients to ensure efficient and effective deployments of ClientLoyalty, then partners with organizations to help ensure ongoing value realization. Amy was previously a Client Success Manager with Workday and prior to that Senior Director of Client Optimization with CEB.
