Demographics Now Available

ClientLoyalty is excited to now offer the ability to collect demographics!  

Demographics provide an insightful, additional component in understanding an organization’s experience working with Suppliers.  Understanding key information about a group – such as location, job role, business unit, product line, tenure, and so on – helps determine appropriate next steps to take in addressing issues.

In support of this new feature, ClientLoyalty now also offers enhanced reporting to review demographic feedback.   Supplier relationships can be analyzed relative to demographic groups.  Assessment feedback can be reviewed to easily understand high and low scores across different populations.
